IndigoZest Ltd and TVF Audio Visual announce today the merger of their business operations to offer a unified systems integration solution to the smart home technology market. IndigoZest will acquire the TVF Audio Visual assets, people and customer contracts and the merged business will operate under the IndigoZest brand.
TVF Audio Visual, established in 1980, are leading design consultants to architects, M&E surveyors and private clients, providing technical design solutions across the entire Home Automation spectrum. As experienced installers of Control4 solutions, TVF AV have a long standing relationship with many companies within the build industry and provide a market leading proposition.
TVF offers an exciting opportunity for IndigoZest to strengthen and expand its outreach in the Systems integration space. “Our companies are aligned, and the expansion will only strengthen our service offering” explains Nicolai Landschultz, MD of IndigoZest. “TVFs range of solid client relationships, and IndigoZest’s experience of company acquisition and technical expertise ensures a perfect amalgamation and smooth transition” TVF supports the IndigoZest strategy to expand the market & meet the future requirements of design led, customer focused, systems integrators.

Agreements between the two companies were completed on 1st August 2020 and the operations and members of TVF have been transferred to IndigoZest.
