These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the promotional offer for our Concierge Support services. By participating in this offer, you agree to abide by these T&Cs, so please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
1.1. This promotional offer is open to new clients who subscribe to our Concierge Support services with a minimum 12-month contract.
1.2. The offer is not available to those with active contracts for Concierge Support services.
2. Offer Details
2.1. Participants in this offer will receive a discount equivalent to two months of service fees, applied across the 12-month contract period.
2.2. The discount will be calculated based on the standard monthly fee for the selected Concierge Support services at the time of contract initiation.
3. Duration of the Offer
3.1. The promotional offer begins on 31.10.23 and ends on 30.11.23
4. Contractual Obligations
4.1. Participants must enter into a 12-month contract for Concierge Support services.
4.2. The discount will be applied to the monthly service fees for the entire 12-month period.
5. Payment
5.1. Participants must pay the first month’s service fee in full at the start of the contract.
5.2. The subsequent monthly fees will be reduced by the discount amount, as detailed in Section 3.1.
5.3 Participants must be setup on direct debit or have a card on file with IndigoZest to complete payment.
6. Termination
6.1. Early termination of the 12-month contract may result in the forfeiture of the remaining discount value. The participant will be responsible for any fees associated with early termination as per the terms of the standard contract.
7. Applicability
7.1. This promotional offer is valid only for Concierge Support services as described in our service offering.
8. Modifications
8.1. We reserve the right to modify or terminate this promotional offer at any time, with or without notice.

By participating in this promotional offer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
