To receive one award is amazing, but 2 is really humbling.

This is an award that allows us to stand out and be excellent. In a year that has been nothing short of challenging we have continued to push forward.

Phil Hardaway, Area Sales Manager for Control4 explains why he thinks we deserved it

“2020 was an interesting year to say the least with all business’s having to adapt to a new way of working, which for you guys, played to your creative strengths. As a certified showroom partner you found new ways to interact with your new and existing customers, creating excellent virtual tours and video content for people to still experience the magic of Control4”

We are pretty pleased with this and have to say that offering virtual tours will continue to be part of our offering even when our showrooms are open again. This has proved to be invaluable to our clients and has given them the opportunity to include and discuss ideas with their whole build team.

Another area that we were recognised for and one that we have worked hard to streamline, particularly when it has not been possible to make face-to-face visits, has been our aftercare support service. Again, an area that we want to be absolutely efficient in and continue to improve on.

Phil Hardaway goes on to explain this:

“You also reviewed how to offer higher customer service levels to your customers, deciding upon our remote management software tool OvrC to roll out to all of your customers. This not only helps you support your customers Control4 systems, but makes it much easier for our technical teams to assist you where required.”
