Entering the property through automated gates, communication from visitors is from a Control4 intercom. This is received internally via the touchscreens and mobile devices.
The interior was so well considered and finished to a high specification making the technology integrated into each room barely visible, except when it was required to be on display. All the social spaces have in-ceiling speakers, TVs, lighting and heating control and motorised blinds as well as integrated control of the double-sided fireplace.
Special features such as a privacy window that appeared to be a picture frame was controlled to reveal a viewing window into the client’s garage.
A walk-in wine cellar that appeared from behind a solid door and lit up when opened.
Control is easy and intuitive and is either managed through our automated settings or controlled via the touchscreens per room from anywhere in the house. In addition, favourites scenes are activated by lighting keypads which can also integrate Blinds, TVs and Music.
