Any tickets you log will be logged in the Parasol ticketing system and you will receive emails direct from Parasol to update you on the status of your tickets. The email address used by Parasol is support@residential.zendesk.com. Occasionally these emails can end up in your spam folder so we advise storing this email as a contact along with saving the attached details so easy to locate when needed.
